These terms apply to the service offered at jobsnorway.no by Gravityrock AS, organisation number 937 920 482, Kydnahagen 1, 4310 HommersÃ¥k, Norway (“JobsNorway”, “we”). “You” is the person who orders the service.
JobsNorway provides the Personal Norway Employment Feasibility Assessment, an individual, human-reviewed written assessment, delivered in English as a PDF, of (a) whether you can legally work in Norway now, (b) what it would take for you, with your education and experience, to get there, and (c) which work is realistic. It is offered in two tracks, the Non-EU/EEA Track and the EU/EEA Track, with the scope shown on the website before you pay.
JobsNorway is not a recruitment agency, job board, staffing or placement service, or candidate database. We do not select, rank, forward or present candidates to employers, do not name specific employers, do not help with applications, and do not accept payment from employers or intermediaries in connection with our customers. Our report is independent guidance. It is not a binding legal decision, official recognition of qualifications, or a guarantee of employment or of approval of any permit. Decisions on permits, recognition and authorisation are made by the competent Norwegian authorities.
The price is fixed, one-time and shown before you pay. It depends on the scope of the track, not on your nationality. Payment is made through our payment providers. There are no subscriptions, success fees or placement fees.
You must provide accurate and complete information. We base the assessment on what you tell us and on the documents you provide, including your CV. We assess your CV in general terms; we do not write or edit CVs. We may ask one round of follow-up questions, which is included in the price. Further rounds are outside the scope unless agreed. If your information is insufficient or inconsistent, the assessment may be marked Not determinable, and we explain what is missing.
We deliver your report within 48 hours of the time when we have received both your payment and your completed questionnaire. If something essential is missing or inconsistent, we tell you without delay, and the 48 hours start when the missing information reaches us. Delivery means that your report has been sent to the email address you provided. If we do not deliver within the 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund of the price you paid.
If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from the order before the service has been fully delivered. By ticking the box before payment you ask us to start work immediately. If you then withdraw, you pay for the work already performed in proportion to the full service. Once the service has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal ends. Consumers outside the EEA may have additional rights under local law, which these terms do not limit.
We perform the service with professional care, verify legal assertions against primary sources and state the date on which the rules and sources apply. Rules and practices change, and the authorities and employers make their own decisions. We are therefore not responsible for the outcome of your applications or for decisions by authorities or employers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.
The report is for your personal use. You may not resell it or publish it as the work of JobsNorway.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your CV, uploaded documents and questionnaire answers are deleted 30 days after we deliver your report. After that we cannot review, correct or re-issue the report from your original material. Please raise errors, follow-up questions and complaints within these 30 days, and keep your own copy of your report and documents. Transaction and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
Contact us through the contact page, within 30 days after delivery. We handle complaints promptly and correct errors as described in section 7. If a complaint is open when the 30 days end, we keep the necessary data until it is resolved.
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these terms. The terms in force when you place your order apply to that order.
