The 48-hour promise

Once we have received your payment and your completed questionnaire, your independent assessment report, checked before delivery, will be delivered to you within 48 hours. If it is not, you receive a full refund.

How the guarantee works

  • The 48 hours start when we have received your payment and your completed questionnaire.
  • If something essential is missing or inconsistent, we tell you straight away. The clock starts when the missing information reaches us.
  • “Delivered” means your PDF report has been sent to the email address you gave us.
  • If we are late, you receive a full refund to the payment method you used. You do not need to argue your case.

How to claim a refund

If your report has not arrived within 48 hours of the clock starting, email us from the address you ordered with and mention your order. We confirm the refund and return the full amount to your original payment method.

What the guarantee does not cover

  • A negative conclusion. You pay for professional clarity, not for encouragement. An honest “no realistic path at present” is still a complete assessment.
  • Decisions by Norwegian authorities, or the outcome of any application you make.
  • Delays caused by information that you have not yet provided.

Speed never replaces accuracy. Every report is checked before it is sent, and each legal assertion is verified against primary sources. If a factual or regulatory error is found in a delivered report, we correct it. Every report states the date its rules and sources are valid from.
