We give each customer a professional, honest and personalised assessment of whether they can work in Norway now, and if not, what it takes for them, with their specific education and work experience, to get there. The service is open to skilled and unskilled people of any nationality and in any country.
We are glad when a customer’s competence meets a genuine need in Norway under the rules. We celebrate that as the customer’s outcome. We do not engineer or intermediate it.
We never receive payment from employers, recruiters or staffing companies in connection with our customers, and we never share, sell or forward customer profiles. Our only customer is the person who asks for the assessment.
Every assessment is checked before it is sent, and each legal assertion is verified against primary sources. Technology supports the work. It never replaces the check.
Our reviewers have a legal, immigration-advisory or HR and qualification background with documented experience. Our checks rely on authoritative sources such as UDI, Lovdata and the competent authorities, and we keep a dated, version-controlled knowledge base of the rules.
We do not sell optimism, we sell clarity. If Norway is not a realistic option for you, we tell you, and explain what would have to change. We never make misleading success claims.
