A short, adaptive questionnaire about your citizenship and status, education, work experience, languages and goals. If you have a CV, you upload it, and we assess it in general terms. We do not write or edit CVs. We only ask for what is necessary. One round of follow-up questions is included.
We analyse your case in three parts: legal eligibility, qualifications and labour market. Your skills and experience are matched against Norway's actual needs and against the rules for labour immigration for your occupation and country. Every legal statement is checked against primary sources, and the assessment is checked before it is sent to you, with personal advice where relevant.

The clock starts when we have received both your payment and your completed questionnaire. If something essential is missing or inconsistent, we tell you straight away and the clock starts when the missing information arrives.
Citizenship(s), country of residence, current legal status and permits, education, work experience, languages, your employment goals and, if you have one, your CV. We do not routinely ask for passport copies or your home address.
We do not contact employers, forward your details, build candidate lists, write or edit your CV, verify your original documents with institutions, or contact authorities on your behalf. Your report says clearly what has and has not been checked.
The report describes what you must do, in which order and with which authority. You carry out the steps yourself, through official channels. We do not apply for you, and we do not take a cut of anything.
